ROSAMUND VOLNEY-FRANCIS
Biography for Rosamund Volney-Francis
Rosamund is an ordained Evangelist and wife of Pastor William A. Franics and has
been serving Christ for 24 years. From 2005-2006, Rosamund served as a Children’s
Sunday school teacher at Yeshua Word Worship and Deliverance Church, where she
developed a love for teaching the young ones. She received her training and practical
experience in outreach, ushering, altar counseling, evangelism, and hospitality, at the
Unbroken Chain Church (UCC), NY, under the tutelage of Pastor Dr. Maria D. Lites,
from 2000-2005 and from 2010-2013. In 2012, she served on a missionary journey with
the UCC in the Mid-West states of Nebraska, Wyoming, Colorado, South Dakota, and
Tennessee. Her outreach experience with UCC also included summer Saturdays in
Central Park, ministering to lost souls and enquiring minds on the streets of New York
City. During her time attending the First Glorious Church, Bronx, NY in 2014-2017,
Rosamund served as an usher, a choir member, on the praise and worship team, and in
the Helps Ministry. As a team, Rosamund and her husband taught outreach classes to
the ministerial staff at First Glorious Church.
In 2017, she joined the Powerhouse Community Church in Bronx, NY and the
Assemblies of Power Fellowship overseen by Apostle Bishop Damon G. Cooper. In
2023, Rosamund was officially ordained an Evangelist by Apostle Cooper, and she
remains a member in good standing of the Assemblies of Power Fellowship. Today,
Rosamund serves alongside her husband Pastor William A. Francis in Praise and Joy
Ministries, now established in Mountain Home, Idaho.
